(be unique) Communication Tradition The Stern culture Cost-effectiveness We and our local surroundings We are a traditional, personally managed, classic Bünder Hotel in the Grisons. Our accommodations and our culinary offerings all revolve around the Grisons. Our national, seasonal and international dishes and beverages complement our range of products. Our star – the sign over the door of our inn – symbolizes true Swiss hospitality. Serving has priority over earning. We are uncompromising when it comes to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. Our co-hosts care about our guests’ well-being and do everything to pamper them, body and soul. We promote our co-hosts to help them reach their professional goals. When we are recruiting our co-hosts, we attach great importance to their suitability as hosts. We are equally concerned about the training of our apprentices. We train chefs as well as hotel, restaurant and commercial specialists. We strive to conserve and exalt the typical and original features of the Bündner culture that are so dear to the Stern. Any investments or innovations we make are geared toward fostering this style and appearance. It is a pleasure to give pleasure.
